The simple answer is yes it can but in general, all low modulus silicone sealants are designed for use externally due to several factors, the most important being the difference in movement on exterior facades etc. compared to interior joints. With this in mind the cure systems tend to be very different to silicone sealants designed for internal use. Whereas 3C LOW MOD SILICONE has a solvent-free, neutral Alkoxy cure system, this needs a good amount of air to cure the silicone whereas an internal (high modulus) silicone sealant such as our 3C HM has an acetoxy cure system (the familiar vinegar odour that many associate with) which sets the curing process in action.
